Q. What packaging does MediOlive® Olive Leaf Complex come in?
A. The liquid complexes are sold at retail level in 100mL, 200mL, 300mL and 500mL bottles (sizes and exact product name vary depending on country). We recommend that new customers buy a 300mL or 500mL bottle to ensure that they can trial it for a full 30 days. These two bottle sizes also have the 100% Refund Guarantee.
Q. Are there different strengths of MediOlive® Olive Leaf Complex?
A. Yes. We manufacture a full strength formula for adults and also a 75% strength formula for children.* Children can also take the adult formula at half the adult dose. (* May not be available in all countries.)
Q. Does MediOlive® Olive Leaf Complex come in other flavours or formulas?
A. Yes. Depending on the country, the liquids are available in the Natural flavour and also Peppermint and Mixed Berry flavours. The Natural flavour is the most popular but the new Mixed Berry flavour is fast-becoming a global favourite, especially with children.
Q. Is it Olive LEAF Complex or Olive OIL Complex?
A. No olive FRUIT or olive OIL is used in our products. MediOlive® Olive Leaf Complex is made solely and completely from fresh, alive olive LEAVES. The leaves have the highest levels of polyphenolic antioxidants of any part of the olive tree.
Q. What is the shelf life of MediOlive® Olive Leaf Complex?
A. Due to the efficiency and care taken in our proprietary extraction method and our PhytoLock® process the effective shelf life is two years.
Q. What Certification is available with the products?
A. We are able to supply all required documentation to assist in the domestic or international transit of our products. Certificates of Analysis, Product Specification Sheets, Certificates of Origin, Certificates of Free Sale, Airway and Seaway Bills and Phytosanitary Certificates are all available. And because we manage our entire process on a single site we have complete confidence in the quality, efficacy and safety of our products.
